Yes. Instant Bank Pay uses market-leading, AI-based fraud detection technology to verify buyers and sellers before bank-to-bank payments may be made. It supports digital wallets from Apple and Google and provides a seller's Trust Score at checkout to help with your final purchase decision.
Unlike a credit card payment dispute, Instant Bank Pay payments are final. However, you can open a payment dispute request directly with the payee. Sellers have the option to instantly and safely deposit a partial or full refund to your bank account.
Go to My Wallet and choose Add payment method. Select your bank, securely connect your account, and confirm the account you want to use for Instant Bank Pay.
A Trust Score helps buyers evaluate sellers before completing a purchase. You can review and update your TrustMe details from Settings to strengthen your profile and raise your limits.
When a seller issues a refund through Instant Bank Pay, funds are deposited back to your linked bank account. Timing can vary by bank, but many refunds appear quickly once the seller completes the refund.
Instant Bank Pay works with a wide range of banks through our secure bank-linking partners. During setup, search for your institution and connect with your online banking credentials.
